Mission:
The
mission of the Congress of African Peoples (CAP) is to promote dialogue among
African-descended individuals and organizations in the Sacramento Valley by
sharing perspectives, visions, hopes, expectations, disappointments, plans, and
ongoing work.
Purpose:
The
purpose of the Congress is to provide a space, which African/Black people from
all over the area can share and connect with each other. What comes out of that
space is up to the initiatives of the participants.
